Our IMA’s means we promise to be responsible for up time and maintaining your systems. This means that instead of worrying about your various computers or network related problems, you can comfortably focus on running your local government and be assured that you are getting quality service.
Our IMA’s cover all our maintenance services including hardware and software. Generally, the hardware you purchase comes with a limited warranty covering spares; however, BIAS IMA’s give you complete peace of mind as you know that all equipment servicing and maintenance will be taken care of professionally.
System maintenance can be performed through both remote logins and on site visits, so you receive prompt service every time.
BIAS IT Maintenance Agreements (IMA) offer the following coverage and benefits:

Every BIAS IT Technician has a minimum of two years experience, a two year college degree or equivalent. All BIAS IT technicians have multiple certifications in their core hardware and networking competencies.
