BIAS Support Services include:
We offer telephone support during normal business hours and by request after hours. Our Client Services Team are available in our office Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PST). Outside office hours, support is guaranteed within a two hour response time.
Clients with current Software Maintenance Agreements receive a BIAS Support Icon on their computer desktop. This enables them to request assistance via the Internet. With permission, we can view your computer screen and troubleshoot support calls quickly and efficiently. Clients may also submit a ticket though our communities to access support.
Let us help you learn the ins and outs of BIAS Software. We offer training classes at our Spokane Headquarters through out the year as well as online Blitz classes. BIAS can also provide on-site training upon request.
BIAS hosts an annual conference for our clients the BIAS Rally, providing an opportunity to meet and network with other BIAS clients. In addition to BIAS Software training, we invite speakers to present pertinent information and opportunities to attendees.
